…u feel this in the noise of the world? At its core, the answer is so simple as to appear ludicrous. You just need to pay attention. Know that what you are doing in any given moment, for all intents and purposes, is what you are. Whether cooking dinner or brushing your teeth or sending an email or reading an article, pay attention. Let yourself really feel what it is that you’re doing.
